Order cancellation:

For any order cancellation (in whole or in part) you should contact immediately via e-mail at: info@ypodisi.gr. The possibility of canceling the order is given until the time when we will inform you about the shipment of your order. Any cancellation after this period is impossible.

Payment methods:

The Ypodisi online store offers the following payment methods:

• By COD (ONLY FOR GREECE).
• Using a credit, debit or prepaid card through our Ypodisi online store (VISA, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express, Dinners cards are accepted). Using the Masterpass e-wallet.
• Deposit in a bank account

Secure Transactions:

All card payments are processed through Alpha Bank’s “Alpha e-Commerce” electronic payment platform and use TLS 1.1 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of encrypting information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decrypt it using the appropriate key.

Method – Time – Shipping Cost:

Shipments of products are made from 1 to 12 days (depending on the availability of products), once the order has been made and confirmed until 15:00 for weekdays.

The order will arrive at the place of delivery within 72 hours from the time it will be sent by the company, for most areas of Greece, while the delivery time for inaccessible areas increases significantly.

The Ypodisi online store uses courier services for the safe and fast delivery of products. Shipping costs are borne by you and are included in your order.

Prices of available products:

The prices listed are for absolute cash payments. The prices listed in the relevant price lists of the Ypodisi online store include the relevant VAT (24%).

The Ypodisi online store reserves the right to adjust the prices of the products it has in its warehouses.

Product returns:

You have the right to return the products you bought within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the products. In this case the direct return cost is borne.

Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return:

• are in the same condition in which you received them, ie. without having been unsealed, operated or tampered with, along with the retail receipt or invoice.
• are in quality packaging condition and
• have not been removed from these tabs

Specifically for mobile phones within 14 calendar days from the date of dispatch. To avoid your own inconvenience, it would be useful to check the condition of the available products and their packaging carefully at the time of delivery of the order, in order to identify any obvious defects (eg broken goods, wrong type, etc.) .

The Ypodisi online store does not accept product returns as long as ALL the conditions as described in the RETURN POLICY are met..
