Do you want your products returned? No problem. If you do not like something, it is our pleasure to accept the return of your order either for change or for a refund.
To return your order, please send the products in their original condition, ie without being worn and with the cards in place, within 14 days, along with the purchase receipt and the order number.
- NO refund is accepted without proof of purchase.
- Ypodisi does not cover return costs (Defective products only).
- Returns are accepted only if the amount of the order has been paid and its return costs.
Ypodisi is solely responsible for transporting the returned products with the partner company Courier. Ypodisi does not take responsibility for the transport of products returned from countries outside Greece.
We inform you that up to 15 working days are required from the day you return your order to get your money back. It may take longer if products are returned from countries outside Greece.
The money will be refunded to you according to the corresponding payment method you have chosen (If you chose cash on delivery, your money will be refunded by bank transfer).
